The problem

Behavioural research depends on consistent observation across long runs. Doing that by hand does not scale, and the camera, the stimulus hardware and the analysis all have to stay in step with each other.

Behaviour tracking from live camera capture, with FLIR camera support
Arduino control for stimulus hardware, synchronised to capture
Analysis tooling over the recorded runs
Desktop application for the lab operating it
