The problem

Vertical software for Indian logistics has to handle lorry receipts, trip profitability and GST invoicing, none of which generic SaaS does. Serving many transporters from one platform also means their data has to be genuinely isolated, not merely filtered.

What we built

  • Per-tenant data isolation on a shared identity and billing core
  • Role-based access control, with roles each tenant defines for itself
  • Containerised suites, so a new vertical ships without forking the platform
  • FreightOS, the first live suite: lorry receipts, fleet and trip P&L, GST invoicing, freight bidding
